Consultant sessions are designed to create quality program models that position community-based organizations with a unique presence for youth program services. All consultancy sessions are customized to ensure a substantive collaborative process that results in purposeful outcomes. The needs and interest of youth stakeholders center the work as a way of attaining and sustaining equitable practices aligned to each organizations mission and goals. Protocols for staff efficacy, professional learning and youth engagement are available to enhance the organizations capacity for effective implementation of program activities. The primary goal for expert guidance with this service is to create resources and develop practices that empower young citizens for civic engagement, leadership opportunities, and academic attainment.  Fees are determined by the scope of work determined through a Client Development Session.

  Strategic Coaching services are customized to meet the needs of each person seeking expert guidance for their leadership practice. Youth program leaders/managers will have an opportunity to develop their strengths as well as apply strategies that will lead to effective program administration and development methods. Curriculum services are geared to support organizations in designing a system of instruction and learning that is goal oriented to impact the knowledge, skills, and mindsets of their stakeholders.
